My name is Marc Oliver. I am a Copenhagen-based music producer, Recording and Mixing Engineer.
My work has been featured in Commercial films and records. I am blessed to have worked with a lot of local and international talent.
I almost exclusively work in Dolby Atmos, and have delivered Immersive mixes to artists and bands all around the world.
The latest album I mixed in Dolby Atmos was PYRAMAZE´s BLOODLINES which is available in Spatial Audio on enabled streaming services.
I found my passion for music when I was 12 years old, and I started to learn how to play guitar. I since that day spent every day after school at the local music shop where I learned about instruments, microphones and met a lot of the local musicians.
after developing my skills I went to the UK to complete a bachelor's degree in Music Production at Southampton Solent University. I since then have been working in both recording studios and Live venues all over the world, from Europe, to the United States.
I also found my way into Film Post-Production, and have been doing more and more Surround and Dolby Atmos mixing for Indie Film-production companies both nationally, and internationally, which have helped me greatly to become a versatile Audio Engineer.
My time in the music business has allowed me to work in some of the biggest studios in Denmark, USA and the UK, and I have over time developed both personal and professional relationships with Musicians, Engineers and people of the music business all over the world.Although I am mostly known for my work in Rock, Country Rock and Acoustic music I have recorded and mixed nearly every genre such as Pop, Jazz, Funk, Metal and EDM.
Outside of the studio I do FOH Engineering, I repair and modify analog gear and I test and develop products from companies such as Black Rooster Audio, TC Electronic and HRK.
